You've heard of Oceans 11...well, this superbly re-mastered CD presents... Avid's 27!!
We've gathered together a selection of classic tracks from the four legendary "Rats", Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Sammy Davis Jnr. and Peter Lawford for our tribute to the music of their earlier years.
It could, perhaps be easily forgotten amongst the scandalous antics and drunken tomfoolery of the Rat Pack years (and from their less than memorable acting in the original film Oceans 11!), that among them were two of the finest singers of the last century, and in Frank Sinatra, arguably the greatest of them all!!
Frank justifiably gets the lions share of the tracks on our CD, however Dean, Sammy and even Peter Lawford (with two duets with Judy Garland and Jimmy Durante, respectively) each contribute some wonderful singing to make this CD a fitting tribute to a group of lovable "Rats"!!
